Dear Friends, Family, Colleagues and Clients:
We hope that this message finds you and your families to be safe and healthy.
As Harbin & Burnett continues to closely monitor the COVID-19 outbreak and its wide-reaching impacts, we share your deep concern for all those impacted by the coronavirus and the healthcare professionals, first responders and public officials working around the clock to care for them.
At present, Harbin & Burnett is open for business. The firm is here for you, and our commitment to your case is unwavering. However, our staff has been reduced at this time and some of our attorneys and staff will work from home to observe appropriate social distancing protocols. Additionally, many of the Courts in which we appear have closed. The closure of courts is happening daily, and we expect those closures to continue to occur.
We want to assure you that despite these temporary changes in our lives, we are dedicated to your case and your family. We also need to consider the safety of our employees and their families. We are still available to answer questions or concerns. Please call our main number and someone can help you. (864) 964-0333
Should the outbreak necessitate a complete office closure, we have plans in place to provide you with continuous service. If all must work remotely, our attorneys and staff will have the tools and technology they need to be responsive to your needs throughout any potential shutdowns or quarantines that might be established.
We are also mindful of disruptions to your daily schedules and households. Please update us if your circumstances have changed or if there is a better way to reach you at this time.
