Larry Welborn joined our firm in 2002. He currently primarily represents claimants in worker's compensation claims, social security disability claims, and automobile accidents. Larry handles cases and trials in all state and federal courts in South Carolina, and the United States Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals. He is a member of the Anderson County Bar, the South Carolina Bar, the State Bar of Georgia, the American Association for Justice and the South Carolina Association for justice. Larry has also taught several continuing legal education classes, in the area of worker's compensation, to attorneys, paralegals, and the general public. He will be teaching his next class in early 2019, in Greenville, S.C.
Larry is a native of Greenville, South Carolina, and graduated from Berea High School. He received his B.A. in Political Science from Clemson University in 1986, and his J.D. from the University of Georgia School of Law in 1989. Upon graduation, he returned the the Upstate of South Carolina and has practiced law in the region ever since.
